This is THE place to go for the ultimate shopping experience in Staunton. The clothes are beautiful and so many unique options are available too! The best part is that it is a fraction of the cost for designer names so it doesn’t break the bank when you’re trying to dress nicely. Holly, the shop owner, and several other staff members will give you a great experience while shopping. Holly thrives on finding beautiful pieces for you to try on and frequently refers to shopping being “a journey.” We find ourselves coming here all the time for great wardrobe staples.

Today was my first time going into Billy Opal and I was so impressed. Holly, the owner was just so friendly and helpful while a friend and I looked around. She has a large selection of fashionable women’s and men’s clothing. There is a great section of women’s denim and for a great price, while also being size inclusive. This is such an awesome store to add to Staunton and I highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t been yet! She also keeps a vintage sustainable rack in the back which has awesome finds! I will definitely be back! :)

Wow specifically the jeans shes carries! I literally walked in and tried on my first selection, and they fit like a glove! That never happens with JEANS I dont care what size you are. Also her dresses are really adorable too. Great shop in Staunton for women, children ( sister shop next door ) and men! Check her out when in town. When she has a sale, GO early!

I visited this amazing shop with a friend yesterday after watching “Sense & Sensibility” at the American Shakespeare Theatre! What a treasure this store is and the owner, Holly is just lovely! Get yourself to downtown Staunton and see for yourself!! Billy & Opal is way cool and couldn’t be friendlier. Just like a tall glass of sweet iced tea! 🌻❤️ The on-line ordering is also flawless!

I came into the shop looking for assistance in finding a wedding guest dress. I have so much trouble finding items that fit my postpartum body. Holly and her staff were incredible and genuinely excited to help me! I found a gorgeous dress perfect for the wedding and versatile enough for other occasions as well! I will definitely be back!

I purchased fives shirts and a mushroom ornament. They had the one shirt I wanted. They are shipping the other four (same shirt) to my home. The staff is exceptional, especially the one that greeted me at the door.

My partner and I stopped by Billy Opal when browsing the shops downtown. The staff member working was super helpful and we found such fashionable clothes! I bought a super cute sweater and my partner bought jeans. They had nice dressing rooms. Will definitely be back.
